Semi-pro photographer from Michigan who has lived in the Pacific for 15 years and now Southern Africa. I have been shooting 35mm since Moby Dick was a minnow ;-) shooting Canon A1 and AE1. I also have fond memories of working in the B&W darkroom with my cousin when I was a teen, projecting imagines on to graphic arts film to create translucent positives. I love to shoot landscapes and underwater and in the last five years have been learning to shoot portraits of friends, colleagues and my very photogenic son...

Digital media has expanded the possibilities - long gone are the days of Canon 35mm film camera --

-- I now shoot using Sony Alpha mirrorless, using a combination of Sony a7RIII and a7RIV bodies, and also Olympus TG6 and GoPro with a Nauticam housing and Inon strobes for underwater photography.
